Bayford Hall Farm: Facilities & Accommodation

Bayford Hall Farm is situated in a picturesque and unique part of Hertfordshire close to London, Dan knows how privileged he is to have such wonderful facilities there. He and his family have spent the past 35 years transforming the 400 acre farm into the homely and friendly place it is today. Whether you wish to stay for a few days or on a permanent livery – all ages and levels are welcomed and catered for.

Bayford Hall Farm offers self catering accommodation both for short training breaks or longer periods up to six months. The property itself dates back to the Victorian era but includes lovely contemporary features such as a large airy indoor school with mirrors and music.

The outdoor arena is full sized and part of the family garden creating a very picturesque and peaceful environment to ride in. There are three separate surfaced areas to lunge horses and a jumping paddock for the summer months.

There are spacious and secure paddocks available for daily turn out and hacking is permitted around the farm making it perfect for young horses or traffic shy riders. The livery yard offers a range of stables and services second to none in the area, for details contact Rose Emberton on 07950 981787.

    Bed & Breakfast:

Cottages are sometimes available for bed and breakfast to riders who wish to stay with their horses during training sessions with Dan.

    Local Pubs

The local village pub, The Baker Arms, is one of many great pubs in the area. They have rooms available for overnight stays and can be recommended for either a drink or meals.
