Dan’s competition results speak for themselves: Over the past twenty years he has only missed the National Championships once due to a knee injury. He has won nearly all of the National titles from Novice to Grand Prix on different horses and never failed to make the line up.
Latterly his international success at Grand Prix has put Dan back on the map after a seven year break training his own Bayford Hall Dallaglio (aka Lawrence). The Bayford Hall prefix has been used on his own successful previous horses: Bayford Hall Womble; Bayford Hall Boris; Bayford Hall Cossack and Bayford Hall Dallaglio. All of these horses were trained from 4 year olds to Grand Prix level and varied greatly in type, temperament and quality – proving Dan’s talent for training.
